03.You Sign the Lease & Collect Move-In Funds
Once a tenant is approved, they sign the lease electronically, and we collect the security deposit and first month’s rent. Before they move in, we complete an inspection and hand over the keys.
04.We Handle Day-to-Day Management
Tenants pay rent online, submit maintenance requests through our platform, and receive support with questions or concerns. We coordinate vendors, manage property rules, and handle lease renewals to keep everything running smoothly.

We deposit your rental income directly into your bank account each month, track income and expenses, and provide clear monthly and year-end reports.
07.We Handle Move-Outs and Turnovers
When a tenant moves out, we handle the required notices and conduct a move-out inspection. If there’s damage, we document and deduct applicable costs from the security deposit, then coordinate cleaning and repairs so the property can be listed again quickly.
